Screening

We offer high-throughput nanomedicine screening in a 96-well plate format, combining automated production, buffer exchange, and advanced analytics. This enables rapid, data-driven optimization of both composition and formulation process, helping clients identify high-performing candidates. Our approach supports systematic improvement of key parameters like efficacy, stability, drug loading, and release profiles.

Alterations in nanomedicine composition or formulation process can dramatically affect their performance – improving efficacy, stability, or toxicity profiles by orders of magnitude. Yet, these effects are notoriously difficult to predict, making systematic screening a critical step in transforming promising concepts into optimized, scalable formulations.

Together with our scientists, we design and build libraries of nanoparticles through automated high-throughput production, sample work-up, and analytics. Our workflow integrates key analytical techniques, including dynamic light scattering for size and dispersity, HPLC-CAD/PDA and microplate assays for precise molecular quantification of components or payloads, and cryogenic electron microscopy for high-resolution morphological analysis.

By generating high-quality datasets across libraries, we support data-driven optimization. Whether optimizing drug loading, tuning release profiles, or enhancing nanoparticle stability, our screening approach enables clients to systematically identify the most promising candidates, laying a solid foundation for further development.
